FAQ
What is a thumbnail tester?
A youtube thumbnail tester renders your image and title inside the layouts YouTube actually uses, so you can check cropping, text size and contrast before you publish instead of after.
Is this yt thumbnail tester free?
Yes. No signup, no upload, no watermark. It runs entirely in your browser.
Can I test the thumbnail and title together?
Yes. This youtube thumbnail and title tester draws the title next to the image in every placement, because a thumbnail rarely fails on its own — it usually fails by repeating what the title already says.
Does it score my thumbnail?
No. It shows you what viewers will see. Judging it is your call.
